    PROGrACe: Grooming Program

    ITEM
      Program Overview :
    • PROGrACe is run in 3 Part: Experts Speak, Psychometric Evaluation and Life Skill Training.
    • Expert Talks Comprise 3-10 Sessions on Various Cutting Edge Topics.
    • Expert Talk is the Foundation and hence Mandatory Part of the Program.
    • Psychometric Evaluation is Optional and conducted thru Tests and Counseling sessions.
    • Life Skills Training is Optional and Conducted as per requirement identified.
    • Sessions are mostly conducted at College/ Institution premises.
      Batch Details :
    • Expert Talks are for a nominal Batch Size of 40 Students, 2 Teachers are accepted as Complimentary.
    • Psychometric Evaluation is done for 10-15 Students.
    • Life Skills Training is done for nominal Batch Size of 15 Students, 1 Complimentary Teacher’s seat.
    • Expert Talks and Life Skills Sessions are normally 1 Day per session (refer Topic List for details).
    • College can decide upon the relevant Topics, Minimum 3 and Maximum 10 are recommended.
    • Dates for the Program need to be fixed at least 2 months in advance.

    • PROMenToS is run thru Group Workshops.
    • Each Workshop last 3-6 Months, with 5-10 Classroom days and 10-15 Counselling Hours.
    • Workshop has an Optional Project based Activity.
    • Each Batch is built around 10-15 Participants.
    • Preferably Participants should be of different Background, Function, Role.
    • Workshops are mostly conducted at Off Corporate Sites.
      Program Includes :
    • Psychometric Test and DISC Analysis for Self Evaluation.
    • Leadership Skills Workshops and Counselling Sessions.
    • “State of the Art” Seminars on Evolving Technologies, Techniques & Tools.
    • Role Play, Group Activities, Brain Storming sessions are part of the Workshops.
    • Project based Activity is Optional – based on Client’s requirement and charged separately.
